Joule Agents
Joule agents are AI agents in SAP's Joule copilot that carry out multi-step business tasks across SAP applications, with people approving key steps.
Joule is SAP's AI copilot, built into SAP's cloud applications such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors. Joule agents are AI agents within Joule that go beyond answering a question: they carry out a business task made of several steps, such as resolving a disputed invoice, by reasoning over SAP data and calling SAP functions.
People stay in control by reviewing and approving the important actions. SAP provides ready-made agents and lets customers build their own on its AI platform, and the agents work inside SAP's own cloud applications.
For example, a dispute resolution agent gathers the invoice, payment and delivery records behind a customer complaint and proposes a resolution for an accountant to approve. CORESight does not integrate with SAP Joule.
