Terms of Service

By accessing or using CORESight ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop accessing or using the Service.

CORESight is an enterprise AI data analysis platform built by CoreOps.AI. It helps businesses explore their data, ask questions in natural language, and generate executable analysis and business insights. The Service may include APIs, dashboards, documentation, and related tools.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CORESight. To access certain features you must register for an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity associated with it.

Subject to these Terms, CoreOps.AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the Service
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service
• Use CORESight to build a competing product
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

"Inputs" are the questions and data you provide to the Service. "Outputs" are the analysis and insights the Service generates in response. You retain all intellectual property rights in your Inputs. Outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before you rely on them.

By default, CORESight does not use your Inputs or Outputs to train its AI models. Data is only used for model training if you explicitly opt in. See our Privacy Policy for how Google user data is handled.

CORESight offers a free Freemium plan and a paid Pro plan billed monthly, per user. You authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals until you cancel. CoreOps.AI may change pricing with advance notice. Fees are handled according to our Refund Policy.

CoreOps.AI owns all intellectual property in the CORESight website, Service, and content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written consent, except for your own Inputs and Outputs as described above.

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and share data. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of that policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." CoreOps.AI disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreOps.AI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold CoreOps.AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. CoreOps.AI may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or at its discretion. Associated content may be deleted upon termination in accordance with our data retention practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Haryana, India, where CoreOps.AI is headquartered. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.

CoreOps.AI may update the Service and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
